The LEVA was established in 2024. As a response to the growing concerns regarding poor quality LEV Systems, putting workers’ lives at risk.
It has been long recognised that the LEV (Local Exhaust Ventillation / Extraction) sector needs support to improve standards.
The creation of the LEV Association is a direct response to this. It serves as a beacon of trust and integrity in the LEV sector, emphasising the need for organisations to embrace their ethical duty to protect lives.
The LEV Association seeks to prevent worker ill health by influencing the entire supply chain to prioritise safety and accountability in every step of the process.
